How do you corrupt videos? I have managed to do that o.O
Um, well my computer crashed a quite a lot when I render video, I suspect its corrupt (sorry, should have clarified) as they aren't recognizable in any other mainstream player. They are also missing half the audio and video and sometimes the video has only half the picture and then the other half is carried on from the last keyframe but changes hue, so oranges might become blue/green

Really weird...

I'll try those other players out too, MPlayer I have heard quite a lot of good things about

Really? Are you sure it's not the video itself? Sometimes things are uncalled for.
MPlayer is really good. Ahem, their support used to be along the lines along "You retard how could you not understand [insert Linux jargon here]" but now they switched personnel to more friendly, and fix bugs immediately
For me... CCCP ftw forever If not, MPlayer comes in a very close second place,

Do you use Linux?
And yes, I am sure its not the video, they progress bar hadn't finished on the rendering window and then the program crashed. 100% sure.

I've been trying for weeks, 5 of those days full 10 hour long sessions on the computer - (I kid you not, I LOVE Ubuntu on the CD and I just have to install it) and I still haven't succeeded

The program it adds to my C drive (can't remember the name) to allow the computer at boot time for me to choose XP or Ubuntu gives me a generic error - "Error: 17" my friend helped me out and we still haven't been able to get it working. Apparently Error: 17 means inconsistencies in drives or something. I am trying to boot from the 8gb partition on my Zen Vision M - I know it is possible, I have everything installed on it, I just need to boot it.

Any ideas?

maybe like a week or 2 ago. I tried going through the setup a couple times, reinstalling, and going through the installed files myself and trying to fix it but nothing

I always use VLC Media Player to play movies. I only use Windows Media Player for music or sounds.

I don't think you will find something that is better then VLC Media Player.
