They reduce the price for students, I think. And it was much about price - 50% or something like that.

Anyway you can still buy an older Photoshop version, I'm currently using Photoshop 7, some months ago, Photoshop CS3 was released. But I don't care, well, if I could buy CS3 I would do it. But now I'm still happy with my old one

and i have the latest version of Ubuntu on cd (i think gutsy gibbon?) and its only 700 MB

Hardy Heron is the latest, 8.04 I also have it on a 700mb CD, apparently there is a bigger version with extra features, but I am really happy with the normal cd version so far

UBUNTU FTW!
