iTunes did something evil to my CD drive I needed to do a Microsoft automated fix to get it working again. The drive wouldn't even appear.

I'll raise another thread somewhere lol.

Microsoft have really lost their community, Chris Pirillo is very right about that!

Because if developers did everything the community wanted we'd have software full of things that aren't needed as well as have to wait forever for features to be developed one by one.

Oh, and it's not like Apple listens to their community either. Why does everybody point the finger at Microsoft and ignore Apple? Because they're the most successful!

I'd like these features in my new iPhone! Nope, new firmware and my iPhone is bricked. Oh ya, the price is totally cut by hundreds, screw you early adopters! Apple's vision is its own, or should I say Steve Jobs?

At least Microsoft has plenty of community action going with through sites such as Channel 8, 9, and 10 (lol). Check out the Xbox Team's Major Nelosn and see just how much they listen to their community.
