|  Ok dude, you've totally sold me on a Macbook  I'll have to put some thought and research into it, but they do seem really cool...like the iPod- I don't know-I'm pretty unsure of myself I guess. Its good to know that high up people use Macs a lot--that's pretty cool in itself. I'll have to save up for many moons, but I think it could be worth it...I'll definitely look at the new Macbook lineup this fall- if there is one.One other quick thing- is the screen size of the regular Macbook too small for average users? 13.3 seems pretty tiny, but it also seems cool in that ultraportable way. Practically though, I wonder if a bigger screen is better? |

| 13.3 screen The small screen can be a handicap to your productivity, but obviously it means a much more portable/lighter computer. One tool built into OSX that can help manage multiple work areas is called "Spaces." You should also consider getting an external monitor, no matter what size notebook you get. Also, if you want a MBP, take a look at Apple's refurb store or get a previous generation from MacMall or Amazon.com. Sometimes you can get up to $500 off if your willing to get a model that's a few months old.
