Love of metalwork, enthusiastic mom, & a passion to “make a difference”; this is my story. As a Mom Entrepreneur I am a stay at home mom of a 2 year old, wife, business owner, metalsmith, and Artist trying to make the world a better place one person at a time. After the lost of my first born son just short of his one month birthday, and touched by those who choose life-time careers of assisting others during illness and loss, I knew I must do more to give back to others. I left a successful corporate career as a quality consultant in Computer Software to follow my dream, and return to my passion, of metalsmithing. I create jewelry by hand carving silver and gold pieces one at a time. Today, proceeds from my jewelry collection benefit non-profit children’s organizations. Many collections are dedicated to a specific child's story and organization. As a “one woman” show my typical day is spent working with clients, creating new designs, calling on galleries, focusing on PR, communicating with charitable organizations, office paperwork, web design (I maintain and design my own), digital photography (I do all my own photography and editing), and networking (I utilize social networks such as Twitter to connect with other Women business owners and executives of innovative businesses). When not in the Metals studio I am on my computer wearing the other hats that come with running a business and my charitable focus. I have designed my own site and do all of my own photo touch ups in Photoshop and Dreamweaver, as well as constant marketing efforts through things like Twitter, Facebook, forums and more. I probably spend as much time on my computer as I do in the studio. These responsibilities also include my personal life of running a household, wife to my wonderful husband, and caring for my 2 year old full time. Although busier than I have ever been in a corporate career, giving back to others through my work has been a blessing in my life every single day. It continues to drive me to stay focused on my purpose in life. With running a company that gives away so much to others, the ability to simply buy new technology for increased efficiency is not an option. In work point of view:
Working with software industry always requires efficiency, productivity, competent. My work demands me to be more productive and efficient. With help of this monster which is coming with Intel Core 2 Extreme Processor X9000 (2.80GHz) processor, vista ultimate 64 bit. Now I can not only fulfill my work requirement but also do multitasking without worry of speed and RAM. Most of the time when I work on my project can’t open anything else, it kills CPU and ram. But with this processor and mind blowing 4GB RAM, I am sure I can pleased my manager & I can open my project, word documents, run macros, play games without closing any other application. This laptop will allow me to achieve my deadline and save time. I always wanted to save some time in my office and try to learn different things like contributing to forum, write open source utility. This laptop will also give me chance to play with application programming for word and excel document and I can automate my most of work and save time. Thanks to Office 2007 pack. To get more success in my professional life I need this “Dragon” for my work because “IT is jungle out there” and I need to have “Dragon” to cross this Jungle safely.

Tech savvy:
I am also tech savvy, I have tried many things in my or friends laptop. Like installing different OS linux, ubuintu, Mandriva, Fedora, making window operating system looks like OS X. (if you want to know how ,I can write about that). Most of my friends come to me for their laptop problem and take recommendation to buy any electronics / laptop and I will love to tell them about my experience with Dragon. I also developed a software for my company and for that I got award from my company. I am attaching my company's award certificate with in slide show. If I win this laptop it will allow me to work more efficiently and contribute more towards community.

Games point of view:
Can we find any person in this world who doesn’t love games? I am not an exception too. I am very big fan of Games and want to develop my own games through Microsoft game development software (Microsoft visual studio) but because of my processor and ram I was not able to run that. But after winning this laptop I can try this on this laptop. This HDX dragon is coming with some of my favorite games and I am ready for big battle. Flight simulator, Gears of war can make anyone to forget about world and I am not an exception.

In built tv makes my dream come true with this laptop:
Being in software industry and working for MNC makes me travel internationally after every 4-6 month. So I can’t buy TV also. Otherwise I have to throw TV after every 6 month. But I always had a wish that I should have such a LCD TV which can travel with me. This laptop is equipped with HDTV TV tuner and powerful speakers, 20.1 diagonal WUXGA High-Definition HP Ultra Bright view widescreen. Now I ready to feel movie theater experience in my living room, bedroom. HP has gone one further step by adding 1080P. It will make my dream come true that having good laptop and TV together and travel anywhere in the world along with this laptop. Now I can store my favorite movie, shows in my laptop and carry with me. Thanks to 500 GB SATA Hard drive. I think HP just fulfilled my wish by designing this laptop and Notebooks.com will give me chance to complete my dream.

Contribute to my father’s business:
My father has News Agency and they wanted me to make a site, server for them where they can keep records of their customer. But I didn’t have such a powerful laptop which can run web server, DB2, my SQL etc. But If I win this laptop, my all problem will be solved and I can host my own site and keep my father’s business growing. I can’t try all this stuff with my current laptop because after installing all these laptops works like hell (some time it gets wake up and response).

In point of photography:
As I said before that I am also photographer and this awesome piece is coming with bunch of photography tool which will make my life easier. When I was in India I have won 2 photography contests also. Those competitions were at all India university level. I am attaching photo of my certificate with these thread. So I am not bluffing. Whatever I said I am attaching photos / videos to prove my point.

Telling everyone about my laptop:
As I said I am working for one Software company (MNC), if I win this laptop I can shows my colleague this laptop and recommend them to buy this laptop. My company also gives laptop to people who go onsite. I can recommend them to give this laptop so any person need not to buy anything if they go onsite for short term. Even if company pays half of the price of laptop, employee can easily pay half of the price to buy this laptop after all they are getting everything (home theater, blu ray player, TV, laptop, 1080P ) in one laptop. Where else they will get such a mobility and power which has the capability to become life of the party in anywhere in the world. Since I travel after every 6 month and if I carry this laptop in plane everyone will also see this laptop so it’s kind of mouth to mouth publish of laptop.

If I win this laptop I will also post blog in this thread to show how I am using this laptop in daily basis. I have also encouraged my colleagues to join notebooks.com forum.I am also active member of Ubuntu development community and I contribute from my side to do testing the OS before releasing for public to download. How Can i not write review about jaz boy. I am working under him from last 3 years. But working with him is always honor for me. I don’t know how to write about him, more I think about him more I get confused. I guess one word can describe him fully that is “Absloute Genius”. I took his feedback to buy LCD tv for my home. Before talking to him I was not aware the technical details about 720P /1080I / 1080P, 60 Hz/ 120 Hz, what should I look before buying any tv, HDMI / VGA etc. I know he wants to buy so many things in electronics and want to have most powerful laptop. So he can try all world of stuff in this laptop. But money matters so he couldn’t fulfill his dream. When he told me about this I thought I will vote for him rather than writing my own entry. He just had a baby and I wish this laptop will be perfect gift for him. He also taught me some photography tricks. Recently I asked him how we can combine two photos in one photo I mean 1 person should look as duplicate in photo. He told me that he will find out and will let me know. If he wins this competition then he will having photography software too and I don’t think any of other software goes waste in his hand. Probably he will use all software more than anyone else.

I have known Deanna for a long time. I was there at her wedding and there when she lost her first son. She has been there for me as I adopted my first son. She made that beautiful piece of jewelry, Anthony's Wish, to benefit the non-profit agency that helped us through the entire process. Thanks alot for rosyrain22. I try to help out when I can with the club. It does get really hard with the amount of time I have to spend studying for my biology classes, but the club really does have a good time teaching new people.

A couple of us will actually be going to Riverside to participate in a battle for $300 which we are hoping to win so that we could put the money towards our club.

Also, to clear things up a bit about the video since my friends have mentioned to me you can't hear me clearly at the end. I'm just thanking Homeland who is stationed in Long Beach, CA teaching the youth community how to dance in the styles of popping, locking, and breakdancing. I was also wishing safe travels to Suicide Kings bboy crew on their travels to Korea where they will be teaching South Korean refugees breakdancing. Finally, the last thing was my hopes and prayers go out to the kids in LA unified school distract that I met through Hope: Unity in the Community that they would work hard, stay out of trouble and become successful in life.

For such a product, I really couldn't imagine a better candidate. I've known Of this fine gentleman for nearly a decade, been talking to him constantly for the last couple years and am finally about to meet him in person. He's possibly been the most honest, passionate, thoughtful and nerdy (in that rockstar kind of way) person I've ever "met". It would be worth it to give him this awesome prize just for the various, amazing and endless music we're about to create. On top of that, he's by far the most technologically intelligent person I've ever been in contact with. I know a l-i-t-t-l-e, but I generally don't even bother to talk to him about it because I just can't keep up. Anyone who Does know this stuff, and has talked to him or checked out any of his numerous blogs/pages on the subject, knows that this device would be in very pleased hands that are capable of fully utilizing the Power within.
