Well first of all, i think that this laptop is the ultimate muscle car; It's huge, it's portable but requires constant flow of energy and is fast. What i do like about this laptop is the design, HP has seriously done some great stuff in past couple of years and it impresses me. The first reason is that a year ago i totally broke my laptop, well the screen got damaged. I got tangled behind the cords and pulled it down, the laptop some how landed on the screen and shattered, but fortunately it worked and i was able to disconnect the broken lcd and connect it with my old screen. the reason why i didn't get it repaired was just financial problems but i don't want to get into details of it as it would look like i'm trying to make big round sorry eyes. This stuff just happens. Anyhow I'm in a need of a computer, we have another laptop but it's kinda oldy, and is not that good of a portable device as battery dies in 20 min. So yeah, new pc/laptop would be great. Also i love architecture and 3d design, right now I'm studying in a school how to work around with Autodesk inventor, it's amazing program and I'm doing quite well in that class, which means i might get lucky with it and this notebook would be great for helping me out with the design and also in the future for a job which needs a great processing power for huge projects. Also this computer would be great for home entertainment and also for gaming as i could use it as a tv or play dvd's straight of it and the gaming part would be very entertaining as its 8800m video card is just magnificent, it can play many new games on high and with it's 4gb ram it can take them with out a problem . This piece of invention would have a great kick on me into the wide wild world and also would entertain me just looking at it.(that's what it's meant for, looking at it)

as i was reading this, i was quite intrested in his post, i'm sure if you give him the laptop, he uses the laptop in any way aspossible as it's so cool, i think he deserves the dragon as he doesn't have a proper computer that work well enough for just any day or for 3d.

now, i could write about how the Dragon will change my computing/gaming life but i think honesty is my only way to win (i hope).
as of this morning, the pc i used, a gateway e-series from 1993, finally died. yes, i'm without a computer... not counting the family pc which i can not hog up since my mom and brother use it for their school work. yeah, i could replace or repair it but if i could do all that, why enter the contest?
me, i REALLY need to win this great machine. the only hobbies i have is photos and video. i believe the Dragon will enhance my hobby.
i'm really trying to get into video and photo editing. sadly, the old pc was too sluggish for that. i'm not that heavy on PC gaming but i never played Gears Of War. i'd be willing to play it if i were to win for sure.
500GB hard drive is enough storage for all my projects.

if i can win this, not only would i record me unboxing it but, i would also post video updates on it linking back to notebooks.com.

sadly, i don't have any people who will join a site because of what reason i'll tell them and i also know this entry won't make it due to the lack of votes but it's worth the try.

I do have alot of issues about winning, this is my future, not just a laptop to play games on.
Also, if you saw my HP videos, then you can back me up because I have only 2 videos that really say anything bad about HP which were removed quite a few days before I even found this, except for 1 of them which was removed before I got to this particular website.

The only two vids were.
1) I spoke about HP putting software on the computer, slowing it down and their certified repairers stealing our system and putting a crappy one back in!
2) was the faulty cd drive (recently removed)

I didn't remove these for the competition, apart from the cd drive due to the fact that I am give HP another chance, I think HP would rather give a customer who bought $2000 for a heck of a lot more because we got ripped off at Harvey Norman, and had it come with faulty hardware and then the motherboard was replaced with an old one.


I have PMed Xavier because I am absolutely stunned at what you guys think, just because I have 119 subscribers on youtube and quite a few friends on msn and yahoo etc - only 10 voted so far, I have chat conversation windows to PROVE this too!
