Well, TweakUI for XP is REALLY handy, it allows me to have custom shortcuts, like, if I go to file, open, it has the 4 (or is it 5?) shortcuts on the left of the dialogue box, I don't use networks as a shortcut so I can change that shortcut to something more useful, such as a folder I always access to open files from.

I love TweakUI, gotta download it again some time, I lost it when I reformatted.
