no, I mean back in 1995 apple signed a deal with microsoft to have some of MS's apps on the mac, they used to have Internet explorer as the default, when the contract expired, they made safari.
If there are any IE's out there on the mac, they POSSIBLY are outdated, I don't know whether MS develops it for the Mac anymore.
Parallels should allow you to run IE in the Mac interface though
