I've been using it for so long now. I've done DreamWeaver, meh. Done Expression Web, meh. Nothing beats the ease of use in coding everything yourself. WYSIWYG is nice but not absolutely necessary. It's much more reliable to edit your code, and view it in an actual browser, especially when working with PHP or other scripts.
Expression Web is getting there though. Has the tabs, the languages, FTP management, etc. PHP support comes in Expression 2 so there's potential there. As for DreamWeaver... never been a fan. Always been the do it yourself coder.
Oh ya! Link! Notepad++ @ SourceForge. |
Oh yah, I forgot about that one, I haven't used it since I don't know when, I'll download it later.
And VERY VERY VERY VERY true, nothing beats coding it from scratch - I actually prefer it because you always are amazed at the outcome and wonder how can typing gibberish (at least a lot of it is

) turn out such a good website, or service (whatever.)
Nothing like a good old cup of Java and some coding lol, lame but ya
Thanks, I'll check it out
