In some instance I agree, a wired mouse is preferable over a wireless. One case in point - a young child who is first learning how to run a computer (like my 5 yr old son).

Thanks for the insight, My current mouse compared to that one would be like comparing a pushmower with a ZPT riding mower.
I'll try to remeber to put it on my christmas wish list.
