Hello, and welcome to Notebooks.com. With a $2,000 budget you can definitely get a very nice notebook. There are literally dozens of choices of lightweight notebooks that are under $2,000. Can you please tell me more about what you will be using this notebook for?
You mentioned small notebook models- do you travel a lot? You also mentioned the tx2000z- are you looking for a tablet? If so, this opens a whole different range of devices.
