It scans for suspicious keywords like third-party installations, advertising, website addresses, etc.

You need to open it manually although the Pro version watches automatically for you.

It's been pretty useful for scanning the essays of EULAs and privacy policies of software that are less common and popular. While I don't use it for, say, things like Microsoft products and the popular safe software, I do scan if it's something like suspicious freeware applications.

And I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a little higher level of safeguard for EULAs and privacy policies. Otherwise I wouldn't have posted it
It records all the statistics of your EULAs. Very fun to compare
